Weight Loss Network Notes:   Beachbody fitness has created many very effective work outs.   They also offer a line of nutritional supplements and fitness accessories.

P90X is the best known of these and is led by Fitness expert Tony Horton.  Let me tell you unequivocally that these workouts are NOT for beginners!

This workout is really tough!  Personally, I hated it because I’m just not in the shape for it!  You need to already be in good shape before trying this workout.  There are 12 comprehensive and invigorating routines on video.   P90X workouts include weight training, synergistic and core training, yoga,  athletic jump training, Pilates, Kenpo karate, stretching, and abdominal work.   This plan really works for people who want to further their workouts.   One woman I know who was already fit, did the P90X plan through the entire 90 days and by the end, she was absolutely ripped!

Beachbody also offers 10-Minute Trainer for busy people who don’t have time to work out.  These quick and effective 10-minute routines by Tony Horton are purported to show amazing results.
