Easy Weight Loss Tips


1)  Hydrate!   The human body is 90% water.   Many times we mistake the initial signs of dehydration as hunger.   Drink at least eight 8-oz glasses of water per day.    To make it even more productive, drink it cold!   Drinking cold water stimulates the metabolism.

 

 

 


2)  Eat Whole Grains!  Grains, especially whole grains, are an essential part of a healthy diet. All types of grains are good sources of complex carbohydrates and some key vitamins and minerals. Grains are also naturally low in fat. All of this makes grains a healthy option. Better yet, they’ve been linked to a lower risk of heart disease, diabetes, certain cancers and other health problems.

 

3) Exercise!!   Even if you don’t have a lot of time, five minutes of exercise is better than none.   It stimulates the metabolism if the body is active!  Watch the following video for a simple, non-preachy presentation of the facts about doing 1/2 hour a day of exercise…
